We charge £0.35 per additional scored lead on the Starter plan and £0.20 on Growth. You will never be cut off mid-month. If overages happen regularly, we will suggest upgrading at your next quarterly review.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
No setup fee on any plan. The first model build and CRM connection are included. If your data needs significant cleaning before we can train, we will quote that separately after the audit.
We offer a free pipeline audit instead of a generic trial. During the audit we run your historical data through a test model and show you projected scoring accuracy. That gives you real numbers before you commit.
Bank transfer (BACS), direct debit and credit card via Stripe. Enterprise clients can arrange purchase-order billing with net-30 terms.
Starter and Growth require a three-month minimum so the model has time to learn from conversion feedback. After that, you can cancel with 30 days notice. Enterprise contracts are typically twelve months, negotiated individually.
